Personality and Background:Walter It had been a regular day for Walter when he went to bed the night before. However when he woke up the next day, Walter suddenly knew how to fly a mobile suit from the Universal Century. He found the discovery to be quite cool, however useless the information might be. When he saw something through his window in his backyard. There was a giant capsule that dominated it. Walking outside to get a closer look, he saw that the outer layer appeared to be peeling off, revealing something he had only seen on T.V.: the F91 Gundam Formula 91, one of his top three favorite suits of all time.
Coming to the conclusion that this suit was meant for him, he climbed inside and started it up. He was amazed at his new-found knowledge and his eyes lit up. Closing the hatch he activated the rocket thrusters and took off. He scared many of his neighbors but they were relieved when he didn't do anything to them. The U.S.A.F. quickly honed in on his location while flying over open country and ordered him to land at the nearest military base. When he arrived they asked him how he got the suit and he told them. They detained him for a couple weeks while trying to figure out how to operate it figuring that some kid wasn't mature enough to handle such a responsibility. But all their attempts met with failure. So they called him back and told him to explain how to operate it. When he tried they all got incredibly confused and then came to the conclusion that only he could fly it. They had him undergo many training regiments to get him fit so he would not experience any negative effects from using the Gundam.
Two months after he initially got the suit, the U.N.E.F. was formed. Because of his brief training with the military, he was given the rank of Ensign and a position within the Emergency Force. The ensuing weeks and months were spent in training and minor skirmishes with the HRA.
Walter is someone you do NOT want as an enemy. He likes to fight with everything on the table. His philosophy is if something is truly important to you… even it's heart-breaking, even if it's sorrowful… you keep on trying and trying, even if you lose your life, you keep on protecting it with these two arms. He got that from watching Naruto. He never compromises when it comes to the safety of his home. He is willing to listen to what others have to say but if they threaten my home then he will do all he can to take them down, even if he has to go down with them. He tries his best to be civil but he have a sarcastic streak.
