Personality and Background: Methias Is a kind hearted and strong willed individual. He’s always ready to be the first one to charge into battle. An only child, Methias has never really had anyone to look out for him, until he met Jack. Jack took Methias under his wing like a younger brother, helping him be better and giving him faith and strength in a seemingly depressing world. Then the suits came. Methias received Gurren while Jack received the Lagann. Together they fought, and won, for the HRA. With Methias’ support Jack managed to make his way up the ranks, until that fateful day. There was a battle, nothing the two hadn’t seen before, but this day was different. They were on a roll having struck down two big suits already. They split into their respective suits, hoping to flank a third enemy, but the enemy was quicker. It took Jack with a single swipe, leaving Methias alone to face him. Overwhelmed he panicked and hesitated, leaving the enemy suit open to launch an attack. Methias watched as the Beam shot towards ready to end his short life, just before it hit he was shoved out of the way by Jack, who took the blow. Needless to say Jack didn’t survive the attack, and Methias was alone once again. The memory of this still fresh in his mind, Methias works daily to sharpen his abilities, and his fighting spirit has never been stronger. Together with the GL he will crush the opponents who took away his best friend, and help form this new world into a better place.
